Ray and Charlene Notgrass moved to Gainesboro, Tennessee, in 2004. They fell in love with the town, the people, and the beauty of Jackson County. Now, in the year 2020, Notgrass History, in partnership with the Bicentennial Committee, the Jackson County Historical Society, and the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, presents a series of videos featuring footage from interviews with the citizens who make our hometown special.
